Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Returns are only applicable for orders delivered within India.
• To initiate a return, please email us at info.thechillfit@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items on sale or discount
• Customized or limited-edition products
• Damaged items caused by misuse or improper care

Exchanges

• We offer size exchanges, subject to availability.
